  • Product Description: dBx panels are an acoustic insulation product designed to exceed building regulations for resistance to the passage of sound in the UK and Ireland. They provide excellent results for reducing airborne sound, such as talking, music, and television noise.
  • Composition: The dBx panels consist of an engineered fluted cardboard carcass filled with high-density quartz sand and two layers of 12.5 mm acoustic plasterboard. This composition is easy to fit, slim line and very effective in combating airborne noise.
  • Thickness and Weight: The system has a thickness of 40mm and weighs 44kg per square meter. These specifications are important for determining the suitability of the product for specific applications.
