Soundshield Plus -  The Knauf Soundshield Plus offers high performance in Sound reduction, as well as offering high levels of fire resistance. Knauf Soundshield Plus is a high mass, tuned core plasterboard with a blue face. The board is suitable for use as a cladding component in partitions and lining systems, offers enhanced acoustic performance, excellent fire resistance and severe duty rating for use where sound reduction is of particular importance.

Soundproof plasterboard has a higher mass than standard Plasterboard, and it is this mass that assists in the reduction of airborne sound transferring from room to room by blocking sound energy.

1200mm x 2400mm  are subject to a minimum purchase value of £300 exlcuding VAT due to the size and weight of these items.  Please make sure you add the 1200 x1200/2400 Palet Delivery option (Unless its pickup from store) - We will always suggest getting large sheets of plasterboards from your local builder merchant to save on delivery fees. We are happy to help in anyway we can if plasterbaords are ordered with other itmes.  If in doubt please ring us and we can discuss your needs.
